Once we receive all required information and documents, your application goes through our screening process, and in most cases a decision is made within 1–2 business days.

Each adult who will live in the apartment home submits an application. You'll need a valid ID, proof of income, and consent for a credit and background check. Are the apartments pet friendly?
Yes! Riverside South welcomes pets of all sizes, shapes, and breeds — with no weight limit or breed restrictions — and a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home.
